Shareholder Structure

Shareholders with a substantial shareholding – at least 3% – or short position of the issued share capital of Redcare Pharmacy must notify the Netherlands Authority for Financial Markets (AFM). The AFM must also be notified if, as a result of acquiring or disposing of an interest in Redcare Pharmacy’s capital or voting rights, the percentage of outstanding capital interest or voting rights held reaches, exceeds or falls below any of the following thresholds:

15% 50%
20% 60%

Notification is further required if, as a result of a change in the total outstanding capital or voting rights of Redcare Pharmacy, the percentage of outstanding capital interest or voting rights held reaches, exceeds or falls below any of the above thresholds.
